True, I wouldn't consider a solution based entirely on this to be ideal...
If central filtering is so effective, could it not be applied before sending out to the list?
Sure. But someone has to set it up...
Since the issue of spam has been addressed here before and nothing seems to be done about it I suggested alternate paths.
