ftpmail - is nonstandard port possible?

Sometimes ftp links contain instructions to use specific port that differ
from standard ftp port.
Smth like this
ftp://ftp.somesite.com:8080/2_208/01/01.ext

we normally send command to ftpmail server this way:

open ftp.somesite.com anonymous [EMAIL PROTECTED]
uuencode
size 102400
cd 2_208/01
get 01.ext
quit

Where is the place inside these commands to specify nonstandard port?
