An explanation of how to crack a form in the source of a Webpage is in

You can also get the (modified) webpage by www4mail, fill it, push the botton
and send the created e-mail.

I prefer to get the page with the form as Text (add a line with XFORMREPLY=TEXT)
and then cut&paste the part that I need and fill the form by hand.
