Help: PDF to text translation by email

Dear AccMailers,

I am desperate to get a PDF document converted to text
and nothing seems to work. So far I have used:

-- Adobe: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I have given up on Adobe long ago because they rarely
responded.

-- PDF to text translator: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
I have used this service with success. But twice now the
document bounced back: "action failed". Does anyone have
an explanation? Or another address? BTW are you supposed
to put something in the subject line?


"Returned mail: unknown mailer error 12"
What does this mean?

Here is the message I got back. Perhaps someone could tell
me what I did wrong. Any help would be much appreciated.
