At this time is kabissa's www4mail server out of work. In the past, they have suffered 
"deny of service" attaks.
"We are sorry but [EMAIL PROTECTED] is temporarily not operational pending a review by 
our technical team. "
So the first part.  I had luck and got an answer (3rd world looking?)
The second part should be answered by an internet mail expert.  The question is, which 
server did refuse - kabissa or both .ru servers (thanks to Prof. Murphy?).
