I did a full Esperanto translation of version 10.2 a short time before
Gerald Boyd retired as maintainer and mailed him at least twice in
this matter; however, he never responded and apparently did not list
it. I also mentioned it on this list in my posting "AccMail in Radio"
(20 Sep 2002) announcing the ROI broadcast with a programero pri
retaliro per retposhto.

Anyway, before starting to translate you might want to have a look at
<http://purl.oclc.org/NET/a-reiner/esperanto/accmail/> or
<http://tinyurl.com/itw>; I would certainly not mind if you took over
maintenance, and I could easily arrange for the PURL to point to any
location you indicate.
