I have already answered to this. Live people may know your basic
address. Maillists and websites should not.
When posting to the list, you can put your real address in the signature
in a munged form, like this "cristian # fx.ro" or like I do.
Harvesting robots will not recognise it, but for people it is not
a problem to replace # with @.

Indeed, SpamGourmet is not a solution if you already disclosed your
basic address on many websites. It is only a tool to avoid _future_
spam.

I thought I posted enough info for anybody to start with this service.
If you have specific question, feel free to ask.

SG has a couple of interesting features like trusted sender, it is a
sender that can send you unlimited number of messages without
decreasing your quota. (Useful for a maillist) This can work as a
trusted recipient also. Not all maillist have constant "FROM:" line,
sometimes "TO:" line is constant. You can make your SpamGourmet
account aware of that.

MC> Is it free?
Yes. Completely.

MC> How can this be posible?
Thanks to donations. And hosting SpamGourmet is not expensive, as the
owners say.
