W4 italy server limit

the last weeks the w4mail server in Italy has worked fine for me, but now I
received this error message:

I will try again after a paus eof one day.
I think yhis is acceptable, after all the server has a finite capacity, and if too 
many people make requests
on the server, it can't satisfy all of them.
Anyone else with good/ bad experience with web-to-mail servers?
