WWW4MAIL SEND

Hi

When I started using www4mail, all of them, I received my requested pages as
text and occasionally word attachments. However, I stopped using this system
because it either sends pages with a mixture of plain text and html code or
once html and the next time text. How can I make sure that I only receive
text in the message body ad in the beginning nearly two years or so ago
rather than the text with interfering descriptions of fonts, colour, body,
etc?
