A uudecode Starter Kit

The 'executable ASCII' uudecode.com is no longer
available from expita.com.

I have made a replacement which you can obtain by
autoresponder:
  accmail.uudec.en `AT` szs.net

The autoresponder will return 2 attachments:

1. uudecode.com - an executable ASCII file.
   Although it consists wholly of ASCII text characters,
   it functions as an executable file in MS-DOS.

2. uudecode.readme.txt - a plain ASCII file with brief
   instructions on how to use uudecode.com

Autoresponder tests would be very welcome! I think I
have got it right, but I only spent ten minutes doing
it.
