Perhaps there is more than one thing happening here.
First try the correct email address for getweb:
   [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Those three servers are all working well, so your problem is caused by
something else. Is it unusual for traffic to Cuba to be disrupted? Do
other Cuban subscribers have similar difficulties? Could there be a
problem with your ISP eomarit.com?
