Learning about Internet by email

Hello accmailers ...

How can I get a full Internet by email course in spanish?
I want to learn everything about it, because I do not have Internet now and 
in the future either...

I need to learn mainly how to obtain images and software by email in the pc 
of my office, because I don't have another form getting the Internet offers
In my country the simple citizens don't have access to Internet

I need to learn using Internet by email

What should I do?
