removing e-mail account

Hi,

I have e-mail accout at @yahoo.com and I want to remove it. I read mail
manual and I only found: The
dormant account will be deactivated after 4 months. Is any more quick way to
deactivate mail address and unlock my address to everybody via any simply
process analogous to unsubscribe in mailing list? And can I do this by my
second mail account located in another mail provider?
