Exporting messages from Outlook Express 5 to Mozilla Mail

Hi friends,

I use Outlook Express 5. 

Now I switched from Windows to Linux. 
How do I export messages from Outlook Express 5 to Mozilla Mail ? 

I backup all the .dbx files.

Please help.
