If you get a 403 from a request to Uncyclopedia, it is because Uncyclopedia has denied access to the www4mail user agent. There is nothing we can do about that. By the way, the best way to request pages from Uncyclopedia is to use the XNOSCRIPT command, eg: XNOSCRIPT http://uncyclopedia.org/wiki/Email > A list of what is filtered would be very handy. The www4mail filters apply only to sites promoting or distributing undesirable content.
