Most uncyclopedia pages work, but a few gives 403 errors. I would expect that, if the user agent was block, no sites will work. Isn't there some kind of partial URL filter enabled as well? I currently use TSOURCE, which looks ugly but works. I' using Outlook, so editing the subject line when using the www4mail interface for requesting links is harder than just creating a new request for each link.
