DOS/Windows syntax:
        copy /b file.1 + file.2 + file.3 file

Linux/Unix syntax:
        cat file.1 file.2 file.3 > file

MS-DOS o Windows o sistemas operativos similares:
        copy /b file.1 + file.2 + file.3 file

Linux u otro Unix o sistemas operativos similares:
        cat file.1 file.2 file.3 > file
