www4mail at szs.net :: delta.com.cn & oyster.net.ck problems

Hello accmailers ...

www4mail at szs.net currently has difficulties with
two email hosts ...

a) oyster.net.ck curently rejects all or most mail at
   the SMTP stage.

b) delta.com.cn has an invalid MX record, so our mail
   server cannot post to it.
