Short answer: No!

Long answer ...
If there were a problem with the server, we would inform the ACCMAIL
list immediately. In fact, the server (located in Texas, USA) is working
well -- and we have now have a backup server in London, UK.

There are several reasons why you do not receive responses to your
requests to www4mail`at`szs.net. We propose some of those reasons in
question 2 of our FAQ, which you may obtain be sending command
    HELP FAQ
to www4mail`at`szs.net
or by obtaining http://emailonly.szs.net/www4mail/faq.html

Here is question 2 ...
"Why do I get no response from my email to www4mail`at`szs.net?"
... and here is our answer ...
Your email would be silently discarded in the following circumstances
a) You have used the 'Cc' header in your email.
   Solution: don't use 'Cc'.
b) You have used more than one email address in the 'To' header.
Solution: www4mail`at`szs.net must be the only address in
   your 'To' header.
c) Your email address is not subscribed to the ACCMAIL mailing
   list.
   Solution: subscribe to ACCMAIL.
d) Your email address is subscribed to the ACCMAIL mailing list,
but your subscription is very recent. It can take up to a
week for the access control list to catch up.
Solution: wait until the start of next week (Sunday, GMT).
e) Your email address is subscribed to the ACCMAIL mailing list,
but is also on our www4mail banned list. This could happen if
you have tried to abuse www4mail by accessing pornographic
   websites.
Solution: none -- you are permanently excluded from our
   service.
You would also receive no reply from www4mail in the following
circumstances ...
f) You have exceeded your quota for the current week, and
www4mail has already sent you a 503 error code.
Solution: wait until the start of the next quota week.
g) Your email host refuses mail from www4mail`at`szs.net.
This *does* happen! It happens every day.
   Solution: we don't know.
h) Your mailbox is full -- www4mail has sent the reply, but your
   mail server cannot accept it.
Solution: download your email more often.
i) www4mail cannot deliver your request because your email host
MX record points to a non-existent host.
This *does* happen. Here is a typical delivery failure message:
"it appears that the DNS operator for this domain has
installed an invalid MX record with an IP address instead of
a domain name on the right hand side."
   Solution: we don't know.

We believe the most common explanations are:
b) You have used more than one email address in the 'To' header (some
people send their requests to more than one web-to-email gateway --
sometimes to *all* of them; this is abusive, and won't work with our
   server).
c) Your email address is not subscribed to the ACCMAIL mailing list
(some ACCMAIL members have more than one email address, and send
requests to www4mail from an address which is *not* subscribed).
g) Your email host refuses mail from www4mail`at`szs.net
(there are certain email hosts which reject email at the SMTP stage,
often unpredictably, and for no apparent good reason).
h) Your mailbox is full -- www4mail has sent the reply, but your mail
   server cannot accept it.

Finally, although our 'silent discard' policy may cause confusion, there
is a very good reason for it. It ensures that we never reply to spam
sent to www4mail`at`szs.net.
