defunct www4?

Dear accmail mailers:

I did know recently about www4mail server is not longer supported (Jan 2008) 
but they shall keep http://www4mail.org/ on-line for historical reasons.

So, I want to ask: somebody knows another server or another way to get 
binary files using email only?
