That´s a very good point of view, passe partout
But I don´t receive any request containing binary files since december 2007 
or January 2008 and I don´t know why, because www4...keeps a big silence, no 
reponds. Did I contravene the usage policy in any time? I would like to know 
it.
I would like to know if I can use another server to get binary files, 
different from www4... because I haven´t access to www and I need to get 
binary files frecuently
Following the usage policy the silence is an answer, so I confused about it.
I would like to know the real rason

I don't think the whole category of the free web-based email
services are subscribed as such to this list and send not allowed
requests to the www4 mail server.

Surely there are subscribers, *independently from their domain* who
act not in syntony with the list's policy. For this case there are
the rules of the list.

If Yahoo as such is causing technical problems that's another thing.

If only for that the whole category of the free web-based email
services' preclusion would not be correct without motivation.
