SNAPPER SHOOTOUT
June 2-4, 2006
Centennial Park
Niagara-on-the-Lake (Virgil), Ontario

The Snapper Shootout Tournament Committee is hard at work as planning for
this years event is well under way.  The Shootout enters it's third year of
existence and looks to be better than ever.  The field of teams simply gets
tougher each year and 2006 will be no different.  Once again this year we
are pleased to welcome our buddies to the south as several US based teams
have confirmed entry and fresh off their ISC II Tournament of Champions win,
the Elmira Cubs will be making their Shootout debut.  The host, Niagara
Snappers are two time defending champions and will be in tough to keep this
streak alive.  In a short time the Snapper Shootout has become one of the 
premier ISC II level events in North America and acts as a great tune-up 
for teams wanting a preview of the competition prior to qualifiers and the 
T of C.

SHOOTOUT SPECIFICS:
* Entry fee is set at $350 US or $400 CDN.
* Champion will receive $1500 CDN.
* Premier ISC II level fastball.
* Licensed Beer Garden.
* Great Food.
* Corbett's Source for Sports equipment booth on site.
* Centennial Park is located in the heart of Niagara's wine country and
approximately 15 minutes from Niagara Falls.

The field of 16 teams is basically set and promises to offer fastball fans a
terrific opportunity to see some of the best talent at the ISC II level.
The line-up of teams will be announced as entries are received.
