OpenID is an open and decentralized way to use a single digital identity across the Internet. Recently it's gained some momentum with Yahoo and AOL signing on as OpenID identity providers. This talk will explain how OpenID works, what it's good for, what it's not good for, and how to use the protocol in a ColdFusion application.
