I have had the expereince (several times) of Ariel repeatedly delivering a file from the deliver queue. As a result I "email bombed" my Provost once. Just to be safe, have the lending library confirm deletion from the Delivery queue. When this happens to us, I need to disconnect the Internet before I can do the deletion. Good luck! Jim Cummings J.
