We are similar to Harvard. We use BSCAN to send both Ariel and Odyssey. Our pull slips are currently programmed to scan Ariel, so we are inputting Odyssey addresses manually. As more libraries are using Odyssey, we will probably reprogram our slips soon. We love using Odyssey and haven't had any problems.
