I wanted to start fresh and use the Ariel addresses I have in ILLiad. I created both an Excel and CSV file and followed the instructions to import. Well, when I select the file and Open, Ariel closes and nothing was imported. Has this ever happened to anyone? Please respond to me both on and off list. Thanks!
