I've had the patron list close Ariel while loading. For the patron list the data (Excel file) needs to be in the correct format which is different to the doco ie. need:
Col. 1 John Col. 2 Smith Col. 3 johnsm...@xyz.edu.zz Col. 4 Default Col. 5 Col. 6 Col. 7 Comment not sure about the correct format for the address list.
