Hi Magdalena When you zoom out with the most recent development version of Artemis/Bamview it switches to a coverage plot for speed. The number you see is an average coverage over a window size. Under the BamView 'Views' menu there is a 'Coverage Option'->'Options' menu. This shows the window size being used and allows you to set your own.
