It would be "MinDocSize" and "DisallowBody", or smth like that...

Dear Kir,

Do you have any plans to implement Minimal_Document_Size function ? It
would be useful for this nasty and ugly web pages such as
"Hi ! My name is bob" or even frameset documents with boring "Your
browser didn't support frames, please upgrade"

Also it will be great to add function such as
>Disallow_Indexing_Pages_With_Body [regexp]
