Dear Friend,

I am Barrister BARRISTER PAUL WILLIAMS, a Solicitor. I am the Personal Attorney and 
Legal Representative to "Mr. Lee Benson", a national of your country,who used to work 
with Shell Oil Development Company in Nigeria.

On the 21st of April 1999, my client, his wife and their three children
were involved in a car accident along Abuja Express Road. Unfortunately,they all lost 
their lives in the event of the accident. Since then, I have made several enquiries to 
your Embassy to locate any of my client's extended relatives, this has also proved 
unsuccessful.
After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to trace his
relatives over the Internet to locate any member of his family but of no avail, hence, 
I contacted you to assist in repartrating the money left behind by my client in EKO 
BANK NIGERIAN PLC to your country.

On November 6,1998, Mr.Lee Benson made a numbered time (fixed) Deposit for twelve 
calender month, valued at US$25,000,000.00(twenty five million dollars) in Allen 
Avenue Branch.

Upon maturity, Eko Bank sent a routine notification to me to forward
to my client. After a month later,the bank sent a reminder to me.I contacted the 
employer, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation
and made further investigation and discovered that Mr Lee did not declare any kin or 
relations in all his official documents, including his bank Deposit paperwork. The sum 
of US$25,000,000.00 is still in  Eko bank and interest is being rolled over with the 
principal sum at the end of each year.

No one will ever come forward to claim it. According to Nigerian Law, at the 
expiration of five years, the money will revert to the ownership of the Nigerian 
Government if nobody applies to claim the fund.

Consequently, my proposal is that I will like you to stand as the
next of kin to Mr Lee so that the fruits of this old man's labour will
not get into the hands of some corrupt Government officials.

This is simple, I will like you to provide immediately your full names and address so 
that I  will prepare the necessary documents and affidavits which I will put you in 
place to substanciate that you are the  next of kin. I will draft his WILL and  obtain 
the necessary documents and letter of probate/administrationin in your favour for the 
transfer. A bank account in any part of the world which you will provide then will 
facilitate the transfer of this money to you as the beneficiary/ next of kin. The 
money will be paid into your account for us to share in the ratio of 60% for me and 
40% for you.

There is no risk involved in this transaction as  the paperwork for this transaction 
will be done by the me and my position as the Personal Attorney and Legal 
Representative guarantees the succesfull
