I am pleased to let you know that the we have been working for the 2010 issue 
of Luit to Thames to be published in January 2010. We, once again invite you 
all to contribute with your valuable writings to this bilingual literary 
megazine that has been regularly published since 1999.
 
You can write on any issue relaed to Assamese culture, literature, history, 
tradition, folklore, education, health, women empowerment, corruption, 
politics, insurgency, conflicts, management of conflicts, tourism, trade and 
industry sector, natural resource management, agriculture development, child 
and public health issues, or any other related issues that concern you most.
