[asom] Again Critical situation for Assam

We have many skilled / resourceful/ able persons from Assam who are scattered 
in various places who are committed to work for the region and they should be  
involved in initiating development  revolution.  Meanwhile we should demand for 
more & more higher / professional/ medial/ engineering/ management/ art&music 
etc  institutions in Assam  to generate local skill manpower.   Also there 
should be a policy to encourage investors to come to Assam and set up industry. 
The political outfits/ student outfits/ terrorist organisations should never be 
allowed to harass them in the name of donation &protection fees.  The local 
media should avoid promoting terrorist outfit as freedom fighters.  They are 
harming the state extensively.
