But the present scenario is not glossy.
As a person, Indian  may have potential,  but there is lack of  scope in home 
turf to  prove their potentiality. So whereas one who  migrates to other 
country   succeed, the same has to remain idle if stays back in the country. 
From research institutions, academy, govt institutions, political institutions, 
movie production ...everywhere there is no ambiance for global contribution . 
It is rather a consumer country.
