Dear Mr Mukul kalita, Greetings and glad at your initiatives. Recently some sources informed me that GHY based Hindi Dainik Purvoday did made big headlines on me dt. 02 & 10 Jan issue in view fo ULFA. I have been writing to the top brass of ULFA and its cadres at other side of border or inside also that-(Well know to CC PB too) Need man woman at Delhi We need unity from 7 states and inside Assam to be one and depute strong man/women with hard voice to Delhi-Parliament, then only all possible. Independence is far cry and impossible in today's development.Yes, greater autonomy is surely possible provided we do have right man- women in Delhi with ruling Govt. Let us select and find those talented man- women with good knowledge, hard voice,talent, influence and long visioned ones.also we need more LS seats as per each district.Not as per 1951 status so that NE will never have voice in Delhi.Kerala is smaller than present Assam, still they do have 20 LS seat. Each dist got one one. We need revolution to make mega changes in LS seats.We can do then only.Lets motivate people for next election.Else what we do elect to Delhi simply sleeps inside and out side with woman and drinks boozed out. they only wake up after 5 yrs......
We Assamese are always good to talk lot invisible and wait other to plant fruit tree, so that who had planted will never get chance to enjoy it.Here and all over web I found same type of people in large.Recently I contacted some top level so called INDUSTRIALISTS based at GHY from like me remote place. They said different versions.What they say is that current Assam issue with ULFA/NDFB is a minute one, they wanted to focus only on more industries and have more vast dream for it.So asked me to keep off from them. But I also know who they are! They are the same ones who made huge gunny bag monies during ULFA god days and changed the line, surrendered and become big industrialists. else how come during 30 yrs of agitation, massive destruction and back-stepping 50 yrs could create more money with 25 days bandhs in a month, no business.!!!! Hence I wrote them back with this words.Now they are kind of MAFIA as in Mumbai. They are more than ULFA or so.They are only now against ULFA siting for peace talk with Delhi. As seen large No of youths are writing too much here, but merely someone come forward with a bold face. Until one fear to show their bold face, its impossible to have a fair Assam in another 1000 years. Recently I did asked for some information from one man who write to much, point out others. I regret that he quoted another version that he is at GHY so can do nothing.Instead I was advised to contact xyz.... I feel living 3200 km away in bangalore, I am able to do lot with Govt or talented peoples, including of ULFA etc. My request is if cant do, keep quiet.No need for long advise. Enough we saw in 30 yrs.Now time to act in person with relevant know how. else wasting in time in orkut or net make no sense. lack of Planning by our own people ruined the region. Blame it on parashreekatorota and boka ghodala swabhab During my process I contacted 5 persons, 2 from inside Assam- Mr Rupam Goswamy, Secretary, GHY Chambers of Commerce and another Uttam Borthakur. Sorrowfully, to my shock they abandoned me while they found I favour bringing back CC PB and AR in open to the people of Assam.See what he emailed me and even telephoned me. Without end of ULFA and terrorism, Assam can never dream nor think of high level big, great Industrialization with global changes. Too many money looters,grabbers, spoilers, leaders, terrorist groups for destruction.We need to handle them first.So is the first step with ULFA- so far they have been troubling more past 30 yrs.Time for an end. Why cant I? Do I need a tag or badge being some Industrialist?politician or a banner under some organization to dream for PM or Prez Post? Why we Axomiya always look for someone to do or feed? What is wrong if Paresh could be convinced with Govt for mega surrender at Judgefield? I need to kep all secret till al being finalised.I cant leak out for happiness of some people as like of Uttam dangoriya or so on.I am now in touch with PB also. Let him know inside ground zero view, situations? Why those Pro talk are shouting now?Why they are not been kept inside?They are equally criminals, more than PB.They looted, killed thousands, made our people get killed by army....Its not only army to kill.Those Pro talk only did all monkey bzness.Now they have nothing to eat, so pro talk..haa.... 30 yrs of dust, entire societies, political parties are in mesh.While world is laughing, we are still fighting among each inside. We are still thinking as to be more civilised.But- what wrong if PB and AR come to sit with Govt and form a new poliical party under Delhi cong??We want peace for Assam or to keep all aside and carry on meeting, seminars keeping entire north bank of mahabahu in dark stages!!? that region hardly work in a month due to listed bandhs! As some people are talking from sky, flight, palmtop from some airport o dreamland, I am not seeking any advise. I can very well sail alone.I am not looking for money- nor power.Yes, I can very well live in Bangalore-3200 km from GHY.Those who wanted to get of, Please carry on sir.Time will surely remind what I did for you.A reward will come from God. I wonder why none did protested while Assam accord was signed under 2 crores cash to Prafulla????? I met the agent, who paid to him, long ago.But he left India.Even Subhash Ghising was also paid same amount by the same man. What wrong if AR and PB can lead Assam for new sun within law, constitution of India?What wrong if we could help to wash off those dirts from our 30 yrs deep rooted society? if not, why do we claim to be educated?Live a costly life?????? I know those who are opposing on AR/PB or ULFA. they are now scared of their own life.Those are now rich- who made good money from ULFA fund or name.Who looted at the best.Who are now top bznessman of Assam......they are shaking.Now they are only buttering people to come up against ULFA top brass in charges of killing Marowaris in nalbari,Biharis etc....I am reading daily same in Assamese online papers. Do we look forward more blood bath?Do we actually wantd to get finished for someones benefit? Are we still sleeping???? ### We need new educated well versed MPs in both the houses in Delhi under ruling Govt.The traditional dirty politicians must be given final rest. What we depute or elected to Delhi just go there to slep and enjoy royal life for 5 years with god drinks etc.They woke up before next general election and rush up to Assam for re elections. THIS NEED BE STOPPED ONCE FOR ALL.Those people dnt have any voice in Delhi nor with the IAS/IPS cadres.So they can never execute anything for NE other than having own luxury home at Delhi or Gurgaon/Noida for family- relatives. ### WE need more IAS/IPS original officers from our own state.Present scene of SDO or ACS being promoted to DC or senior should be stopped. Same way for APS DSP to SP of high up in police services.Politician V/S IAS/IPS link is highly important.Again knowledge to handle is must- that our traditional politician lack.They only bark inside Assam.The moment they are out to Delhi or so- they are voiceless......WE need to update our youths to study wel leaving bandh culture from their minds. ### WE need to stop/prevent the politician run so called Thikakdar (contractors)system in the state..Now it seems those are only becoming rich, leaving school after 8th or so and those local contractor are now class I citizen to enjoy like of a DC. he or she rules the locality keeping the elders/educated off track. Those so caled are having 100 of criminal cases (like Subba) of rape, extortion,forgery etc. Same things I have written to Paresh baruah also.he also must come and join the main stream and he only must take initiative to bring Assam to peace after 30 yrs. Let him be CM or so, let him see how a Govt can be run. Talking is easy from outside democracy, enjoying democratic facilities.Running Gov is no joke.he also may never know this. Any comment now.Hope I am not here to hurt anyone.If where I am hurt by people at base. Jai Ai Axom!!
