Thanks for quick answer, yet that was it.
The setting "Max Digits In Phone Num" was set to 3 in:

Configuration->VoIP->GW and IP to IP->DTMF and Supplementary ->DTMF & Dialing

I don't know when did they change it to 3 as my MP-114 came with default 
32-digits
