Hi all! We are going to move from a Shoretel PBX system to asterisk shortly, and we are looking for some similar functionality as described in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqESWqrUxGA. I know about Flash Operator Panel for asterisk, but maybe somebody can make other recommendations?
