Hi All,
I am new to Avogadro and having problems installing on Linux-CentOS 6.
Open babel is installed but cmake is not picking it up.
Please suggest how can I give babel path to cmake?

Additional I am getting different response each time I run cmake, thus I
don't understand how to fix it.
please suggest.

Additionally in Windows, whenever I try to animate frequencies from GAMESS
output, it crashes.
