The neigbor doesn't seem to show up at all on either of the other devices, which
actually makes sense why the third device would see an infinite txcost - none of
its messages are getting through.
The odd thing is that pinging the others directly seems to work just fine. Is
there something that would cause the messages to not go through?
I'm going to try with some other wifi adapters and see if maybe it's a driver
issue.
