Having spent some considerable time examining the course of this year's
Summer Campaign, I am convinced that three armies nevertheless hold out the
best chance of a successful outcome in the coming year. With Your Majesty's
permission, I will issue appropriate orders regarding the army structure for
next Summer's campaign.
