[base] Incorrect number of labled extracts

Hello,

We have dual-channel nimblegen arrays.

Base2 is usefull for us to store our data and we hope to generate a 
MIAME compliant format in order to submit your arrays.

I needed to create a light nimblegen platform. It is light because I 
used the file-only mode and I don't expect for this moment to import a 
reporter :P

To import our data, I processed with the batch method, and it was ok 
until the experience validation.
I get this message :

   Too many labeled extracts: 2 (1 expected)
   Checks if the the number of labeled extracts attached to a
   hybridzation matches the number of channels in the experiment.


So how can I set that I want two channels on my platform ?
