I know this issue..
and the fix from RIM does not work

You need to hide the EA window.
Open the service books and delete and undelete the Service book Desktop SYNC

The EA will restart and finish soon.

I know it will work

We are an Exchange environment. I wonder if the same issue affect Exchange too.

Hi Everyone,

I have a user who has 15 devices that are getting stuck at 98% during the enterprise activation process. The time zone service book never completes. Does anyone have any ideas on this?
