[bigforth] Theseus/unicode title bug

Hi!

I've put a screenshot here

that shows a bug in Theseus, which is (probably) very easy to fix. When 
I choose to have a unicode title for a dialog in Theseus (Russian on the 
screenshot) it appears as garbage in the running application title.
