free bike racks

Hi! I have 2 new school- yard racks sitting on the side of my house in West Philly. I 
know they aren't the best type racks, but they were given to me, they've never been 
used & I'd like to find them a home. 

The catch is that whoever wants them must come get them! We don't deliver.  

I would prefer to give them to a community group rather than an individual, but they 
are just looking for a happy home.
