Alert Bike Parking warning at 30th St

Effective today (August 1) Amtrak will be confiscating bikes not locked to the bike racks.  Yesterday Amtrak police were posting flyers to locked bikes at the station, so some people on vacation may have a rude wake up call when they get back. This includes bikes that are attached to the staircase on the SW side of the station.   Given the fact that 4 existing racks are at capacity and the new expanded bike parking is not installed it is another example of bikes being treated as second class citizens. Check out the Police Cars Only parking in front of the station.
