Amtrak bike parking (a retraction but still mad)

Well I would leave out the police parking accusation and the second class citizen thing, I should increase my Zoloft dose. :-)   Anyway here is what I wrote to customer service   I am upset over the new bike parking policy at 30th St. Police are leafleting bikes, warning that bikes not locked to a bike rack will be confiscated by police. This is unfair to cyclists because currently bike racks at 30th street station are totally full. At the very least police should refrain from confiscating bikes until new expanded bike parking is installed later this month.
