Official position on specific bike lane style?

Would it be possible to get the Bike Coalition's official position on 
so-called "door-zone bike lanes"? As an example, I refer to the lanes along 
Spring Garden. Is the Coalition in favor of this sort of lane design or against 
it? I am not talking about bike lanes in general, only this design.

I do not wish to misrepresent the Coalition, but the current information I have 
is that the Coalition supports this type of lane if it is the only type that can 
be put in on a particular street. 

I'm trying to get the Coalition's opinion to represent this region's position as 
part of an ongoing national discussion on this issue.
