Greater Mercer TMA has a guide that shows some maps in Mercer County NJ http://www.gmtma.org/transit.htm As Hal mentioned there is a very good rail system map at http://www.njtransit.com/images/NJTrrmap_Nov03.jpg Steve Spindler is coming out with a Philadelphia Transit Map in the spring that will includes NJ Transit routes in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties
To go anywhere else you should go to the NJ TRANSIT web site and choose the county and municipality you want to get to http://www.njtransit.com/sf_routesbycounty.shtm you will find a chart that tells you which buses serve that municipality.
