Bike Map Cartographer Steve Spindler and I took a ride on the River LINE yesterday between The Tweeter Center and Palmyra as part of the National Association of Rail Passengers Region III annual meeting. We took some photos of bikes on the rack (a third attendee brought his bike on-board when he saw us loading our bikes).
The trains have a bike rack in one of the two wheelchair slots in each compartment each car has two compartments. Our train was a two car train which meant that there was capacity for 12 bikes, most trains will feature one car with a capacity for 6 bikes.
