       If the city politicians would handle the acquired property like they handled the Philadelphia Airport, it would spell big troubles. It is better to have an auction to the highest bidder and allow the city officials to insure that the proper zoning that plans are incorporated, approved and controlledd.  Unfortunately the Congressman a Senate Candidate, is lined up with  some of the crooks at City Hall.
