Dear List: Awhile ago, I spent several days with various reports, trying to quantify some data that is available on the quality of blackbelly meat. I posted the results initially to the BBSAI members group. Now, I have taken the post and turned it into an article for the BBSAI newsletter. However, I believe the information is important as a marketing tool - because the information is very positive - and I want to share the report with non-members as well.
