[Blackbelly] Nutritional Analysis of Blackbelly Meat

Dear List:
Awhile ago, I spent several days with various reports, trying to 
quantify some data that is available on the quality of blackbelly meat. 
I posted the results initially to the BBSAI members group.  Now, I have 
taken the post and turned it into an article for the BBSAI newsletter.

However, I believe the information is important as a marketing tool - 
because the information is very positive - and I want to share the 
report with non-members as well.  If you are interested in receiving a 
copy of the article via e-mail, please contact me privately and I will 
send it to you in Word document form.
